Knock Out Gym has an infrastructure and a team specialized in the field of boxing and self defense. The objective is to offer a wide choice of activities to satisfy all the ambitions and preferences of each one.


Our installation offers a surface more dans 10.000 ft including a boxing ring. A weights room is also available with a clothing shop under the logo of Knock Out Gym. Courses of Boxing, Kick boxing, Self Defense, Jiu-jitsu and several other disciplines are given. Judo The Quebecer Alix Renaud-Roy

The Quebecer Alix Renaud-Roy (70kg) garnered the Athlete of the Month title of August 2009 by the club of Quebec Judo.She belongs to the club of Judo Seïkidokan (CRD of Trois-Riviers). The last month, she took part in the World championship disputed in Budapest, Hungary and was classified fifth. It was her second competition in a international level. Initially she beat the Dutchwoman Babette Van Aggelen and Ukrainian Krystyna Mykhailenko but her defeat came with the German Natalia Kubin.

The Association Karate Quebec will present once again the Quebec Cup on November 15th at the Center Pierre Charbonneau.
This event is accessible to everyone. Several candidates of 6 years and more (girdles yellow and more), Kata and Kumite categories will take part. The organizers are charmed to invite to you to this event and they will await your presence to encourage the competitors.

On September 25th in the Bell Center, Jean Pascal

On September 25th in the Bell Center, Jean Pascal will defend his WBC title of Light heavyweight vis-a-vis the Italian Silvio Branco. Jean Pascal recognizes that there is more difficult to remain champion than to become it. “I have to be well prepared. ”, Pascal added.
As for Branco, the Italian boxer will prepare himself in Italy up to one week before the combat. Pascal will go to Altoona, New York, in a training camp during five weeks.Let’s remember that Branco got the WBA Light Heavyweight title in 2004 and then again in 2006 until 2007.

The Jiu-jitsu is a combat system very complete coming from Brazil. Completely different from Capoeira (other Brazilian martial art) it is inspired by Japanese Ju-Jitsu. It differs from the last by a work on the ground with a finalisation technique which ends either in a strangulation or by a dislocation (nape of the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle). The Jiu-jitsu brings many benefits

to the practitioner such as the force, the flexibility, coordination, the regard of oneself. It is also an excellent mean to liberate its stress in a positive way.
